The qualified candidate will lead all plant maintenance and assigned projects.Responsibilities:Ensure a safe and effective use of all resourcesSupervise and coach all direct reportsEnsure compliance to all regulationsDirect mechanics in approved maintenance workAssign and inspect all preventative maintenance work ordersAssign and track all skills training and development on each maintenance team memberEnsure safe work practices throughout the facilityProvide leadership in troubleshooting work equipmentReport all work through CMMSFamiliar with SQF 2000 SystemsRequirements:BS degree requiredMust have USDA, ammonia refrigeration & packaging experience5+ years maintenance management experience in manufacturing facilityExperience in the food industryKnowledge of GMP, EPA, and OSHAExperience in continuous improvement activitiesStrong analytical skillsExcellent communication skillsProven leadership skills
