Here’s the Critical Role You’ll Play:

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring the reliable performance and upkeep of egg grading equipment and related systems. This role oversees preventive maintenance programs, verifies parts and inventory, and supports the Plant Manager in maintaining compliance with company and government standards.


  • Preventive Maintenance: Develop and execute service schedules for all equipment per manufacturer guidelines, conduct inspections, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Respond swiftly to machine issues, perform diagnostics, and resolve problems to reduce downtime while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Equipment Optimization: Inspect, adjust, and calibrate grader assemblies to ensure accuracy and efficiency; assist with new equipment installations and upgrades.
  • Team & Facility Oversight: Schedule and direct maintenance technicians, coordinate with contractors, and assist with general facility maintenance and system troubleshooting.
  • Compliance & Quality Support: Complete documentation for production operations, verify machinery alignment with regulatory standards, and collaborate with Quality Control on weight and packaging accuracy.
  • Safety & Cleanliness: Promote a safe, organized work environment; operate graders when needed; and ensure strict adherence to Biosecurity, Safety, and GMP policies.
