As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a hands-on approach which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Manager Location: Lebanon, PA Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 What's the Job? Achieve or exceed Maintenance Department budget and objectives. Engineer and initiate all in-house maintenance projects, coordinating work with outside contractors. Maintain safe working conditions throughout the plant to eliminate potential accidents or injuries. Oversee the training and development of maintenance associates, facilitating hiring and performance appraisals. Act as project coordinator for production equipment capital projects. What's Needed? Experience in manufacturing processes and knowledge of GMP principles. Technical expertise in food processing for production startup and innovation projects.
