Maintenance ManagerThe Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the repair, maintenance, and preventative care of multiple car wash locations within the PA, NJ, and NY area. This role ensures maximum operational uptime through effective leadership, proactive maintenance programs, and efficient troubleshooting of equipment. The Manager, Maintenance supervises a team of technicians, manages parts inventory, and ensures compliance with safety and operational standards.Essential Functions (Other Duties as Assigned)Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.Lead and manage a team of Maintenance Technicians, providing training and technical guidance.Troubleshoot, repair, and service car wash equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.Coordinate installation and support of new equipment across multiple sites.Monitor and manage maintenance schedules, prioritizing urgent repairs while maintaining efficiency.Ensure compliance with safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.Maintain parts inventory and manage vendor relationships for equipment and supplies.Support site managers and operators by training them on equipment maintenance best practices.Oversee fleet vehicle maintenance for team and ensure adherence to operational requirements.Provide regular maintenance performance reports to senior management.Other duties as assigned.Education and ExperienceRequired:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and plumbing systems.Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and industrial maintenance best practices.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Preferred:Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, maintenance, or a related field.Experience in car wash equipment maintenance or a similar industry.Welding and fabrication experience.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and maintenance tracking software.Ability to analyze and diagnose technical issues efficiently.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Ability to train and mentor maintenance staff to improve team effectiveness overall.Strong interpersonal skills, able to effectively relate and communicate with team members at all levels.Physical Requirements:Stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, twist, perform repetitive motions, see variations in color, and climb and work from laddersThe availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and on-call hoursAble to be active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditionsMust be able to lift up to 75 poundsRegular travel requiredSpotless Brands and its subsidiaries comply with federal and state disability laws and make reasonable accommodation for applicants and employees with disabilities.
