The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations, including supervising maintenance staff, conducting equipment maintenance, coordinating preventive maintenance programs, and managing maintenance budgets. The role involves troubleshooting issues, ensuring machinery and equipment meet operational standards, and implementing maintenance best practices to minimize downtime.QualificationsSupervisory Skills and Maintenance Management experienceProficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance proceduresHands-on experience with Maintenance & Repair tasksStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksExperience in a manufacturing environment Experience in a glass manufacturing environment a plusAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field, or relevant work experience
