We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Manager to join their team and help maintain their high safety and efficiency standards.

Position Overview: The Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities within our production environment. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure that all machinery operates at peak performance, adhere to food safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment for our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Lead and manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance and professional development.
  • Maintenance Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all equipment, ensuring timely repairs and routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement solutions to restore operations quickly and efficiently.
  • Budget Management: Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget, including forecasting expenses and tracking costs.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the maintenance inventory, ensuring that all necessary parts and supplies are readily available.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production and quality assurance teams to ensure equipment reliability and optimal production flow.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in maintenance operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proficient in maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
