Maintenance Manager Apply
Overview We are seeking a skilled Food Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations at our Swedesboro food production facility. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, leading a maintenance team, and supporting continuous improvement to keep production running efficiently and safely. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians. Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance on food production equipment. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food industry regulations. Partner with production leadership to minimize downtime and improve efficiency. Manage work orders, spare parts inventory, and maintenance scheduling. Support capital projects, equipment installations, and facility improvements. Train and mentor staff to ensure technical skill development and adherence to best practices. Qualifications 5+ years of maintenance experience in food manufacturing or related industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of food production equipment, safety standards, and GMPs. Proficiency with CMMS systems and maintenance planning.
