Maintenance Manager – Heavy Industrial

Join our team as a Maintenance Manager leading operations in a high-volume recycling facility. You'll oversee maintenance for shredders, balers, conveyors, shears, and mobile equipment, ensuring maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency. A key focus will be leveraging a CMMS system to drive preventive maintenance and improve equipment reliability.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, train & develop maintenance staff
• Manage PM schedules with CMMS
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical & mechanical systems
• Control budgets, inventory & contractors
• Partner with operations to minimize downtime

What You Bring:

• 2+ years in maintenance management (scrap, heavy industrial, or manufacturing)
• Strong CMMS background
• Hands-on hydraulic, electrical & mechanical skills
• Leadership + safety-first mindset
