Position: Maintenance Manager

The ideal candidate for this working Maintenance Manager role should be able to lead and train CNC Maintenance Repair Technicians, manage and maintain the building and grounds, and provide continuous improvement ideas. You should have proven experience in maintaining CNC machining centers, troubleshooting and repairing defective equipment parts, and maintaining preventative maintenance records.
Your responsibilities will also include managing various systems within the plant, such as HVAC, air, and compressor needs. You should be able to administer discipline and coaching, manage conflicts, and determine the necessary manpower and training for the department.
You should have 5-7 years of Facilities & Maintenance experience in a production environment, strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, a high level of initiative, and the ability to solve problems. You should also have 2-5 years of experience in maintaining CNC machining centers and 2-3 years of experience in PLC and electrical troubleshooting. A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent is preferred.
Salary: $130K, + great benefits, relocation assistance
