What's on the menu?
- Analyze test results, machine error messages, diagnose equipment malfunctions/defects, and information acquired from operators in order to diagnose equipment problems.
- Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check fluid levels, replace filters, and perform other maintenance actions, following checklists.
- Plan and lay out repair work using diagrams, drawings, blueprints, maintenance manuals, and schematic diagrams.
- Cut and weld metal to repair broken metal parts, fabricate new parts, and assemble new equipment.
- Assemble, install and/or repair wiring, electrical components, pipe systems and plumbing, machinery, and equipment.
- Use tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches, to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electrical testing devices.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a maintenance mechanic role or equivalent in manufacturing or industrial production environments
- Experience with blueprint reading and schematics

Office Collaboration & Hybrid Work Environment

We also believe providing a more flexible and agile model is essential in todays workplace. A majority of our office-based employees will be able to work remotely for up to two days each week.
