Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team with flexible shift options. Shifts include Monday to Friday from 11pm-8am, a 223 shift from 7am-7pm, and a first shift with hours to be confirmed. The position requires expertise in mechanical maintenance, ensuring the efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Replace mat top chain, linked chain with master links, laced belts, and rubber bands for rollers using specialty equipment.
• Replace bearings, shafts, rollers, sprockets, gearbox, and motors.
• Perform drilling, tapping, and threading of bolt holes accurately.
• Use concrete hammer drill with anchors to secure equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and battery-operated tools such as drills, grinders, saws, impact guns, routers, wrenches, and screwdrivers.
• Apply grease to lubrication points using proper tooling.
• Change V-Belts for fans and work with pulley systems.
• Maintain dock plates, dock doors, and hydraulic cylinders.
• Conduct basic plumbing, painting, and building repair work for facilities maintenance.
• Use tape measure for accurate readings and identification of distances.
• Replace seals and gaskets efficiently.
• Use torque wrenches to spec bolts, screws, etc., to the proper torque.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $68640.00/yr.
