Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Industrial Maintenance Technicians are responsible for repairing, programming, inspecting, troubleshooting, maintaining, and adjusting equipment and machines to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Repair and program equipment and machines to maintain optimal performance.
• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery, including conveyors, pneumatics, hydraulics, and processing machinery.
• Fabricate and repair parts using general machine shop, welding equipment, instrumentation, and equipment.
• Perform lock out/tag out procedures to ensure safety.
• Document data from weekly inspections.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 60lbs.
• 3 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in a poultry environment is a plus.
• Calipers usage knowledge

Work Environment

The work environment is within a poultry processing facility, which may be damp and subject to varying temperatures, including hot and cold conditions.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $72800.00/yr.

• Pay checks are direct deposited weekly, Fri.
• Employee is eligible for the following benefits after completing 90 days of continuous employment.
o 8 paid major holidays per year
o Vacation:
 91-180 days = 40 hrs.
 181 – 354 days = 40 hrs.
 1 to 9 years = 80 hrs.
