Role Description

The Maintenance Mechanic Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Ottawa, IL. This role involves overseeing daily maintenance operations, managing maintenance personnel, and ensuring the reliability of all equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments to optimize production efficiency and maintain operational standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance
• Expertise in Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance strategies
• Hands-on experience in Maintenance & Repair of industrial systems
• Strong leadership and team management skills to lead maintenance teams effectively
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues
• Familiarity with regulatory and safety standards in industrial maintenance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Relevant certifications or training in industrial or mechanical maintenance are a plus
• Experience in manufacturing or similar industry is highly desirable
