Antonina’s GF Bakery produces premium all natural healthy bakery products that look and taste great. Our company is based out of Sumner, WA. We service accounts up and down the West coast. We are currently selling our bakery items in countless national grocers/retailers. Antonina is an indulgent line that is made with natural ingredients, including a gluten-free line of products. Gluten free certified & made in a 100% dedicated gluten free facility. Indulgence without the guilt.
Duties include, but not limited to the following:
- Responsible for preventative maintenance, diagnosis and repair of all pieces of equipment within the bakery machinery, equipment; building and facility grounds.
- Responsible for maintaining the equipment's productivity to minimize downtime or malfunctions. Some tasks are required to be performed within rigid time frames to maximize bakery product productivity.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, safe, and following company GMP's.
- Work in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with federal and state requirements.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of work performed on work orders, maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance reports.
- Prepare specific and accurate parts request forms.
- Respond to maintenance and line stoppage calls.
- Provide emergency repairs quickly and efficiently.
- Perform duties in all areas within Maintenance Department.
- Provide technical assistance and information to Management, as needed.
- Display initiative in recognizing work to be accomplished and make recommendations to Management.
- Additional duties and/or responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred Skills/qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Must be available to work ANY day and ANY shift, including holidays if needed.
- Must have effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have experience in HVACR and electrical troubleshooting; bakery refrigeration experience.
- Must have knowledge of mechanical, welding, lubrication, and PM tasks. PLC experience a plus.
