Allied Reliability is seeking a Maintenance Planner II for a 3-9 month contract to: Increase stability of day‑to‑day maintenance execution and bring planning best practices to the maintenance department. The candidate will have 4–7 years of maintenance planning experience; CMRP certification a plus. Day to Day expectations (Doing): Work Management & Planning Experienced with turnaround, outage, and shutdown planning and coordination. Work closely with Reliability coaches Develop new job plans and maintain the job plan library (task lists). Maintain accurate equipment specifications, information, and parts lists (BOMs). Manage the ready backlog to ensure work is fully planned, kitted, and prioritized. Daily management of the PM program. Ensure all work orders are accurately completed and closed out in Maximo. Communicate as necessary to clarify job scope and requirements. CMMS & Data Quality Strong CMMS administration skills (Maximo). Responsible for data health and maintaining accuracy of all planning records. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Interfaces directly with operations, engineering, and procurement with minimal supervision. Coaching & Capability Development (Teaching): Weekly 1:1 coaching with Maintenance Managers focused on: Backlog health Maximo data quality KPI‑driven routines On‑the‑job coaching during real work, including: Planning Kitting Job walkdowns Post‑job reviews Expected Outcomes Create role‑specific standard work, quick reference guides, and short SOPs that can be sustained after the engagement.
