KNAPP Group's unrelenting development activity is evident in everything from automated order picking systems and continuing refinement of container handling technology to its state-of-the-art, industry leading software solutions.What You Get To DoEstablish and maintain good customer relations by promptly responding to external and internal customer inquiries and promoting the Company's products and servicesResponsible for data entry into Knapp CMMS, KPI reports and Excel Spreadsheets.Maintain and format excel spreadsheet and generate reports of daily weekly and monthly workflow results, parts usage and system performance.
