Besides, you will need to align the operational capabilities with customer needs and business goals, while strictly enforcing safety standards to meet organizational targets.Actively participate in safety meetings and enforce standards to ensure the facility operates safely, efficiently, and with environmental responsibility.Drive operational efficiency by planning and scheduling maintenance via Maximo CMMS, serving as the "Maximo Champion" to ensure data and hierarchy accuracy.Create comprehensive work packages that include detailed job steps, required resources, tools, and technical documentation.Lead the planning, execution, and closure of scheduled turnarounds, managing scope, critical paths, long-lead items, and daily progress tracking.Supervise third-party service providers to ensure quality compliance and manage maintenance budgets and expense monitoring.Maintain the inventory management system for Primary Production, ensuring the availability and replenishment of critical spares for all maintenance activities.Oversee inventory transactions in Oracle/WMS, approve inbound/outbound requests, and support Finance in stock-take exercises and KPI reviews.Execute maintenance strategies aligned with industrial standards (IMS_GP09) and participate in maturity assessments and reliability audits.Drive improvement projects for maintenance management tools to enhance overall asset performance and reliability.Support the Reliability team by incorporating Preventive Maintenance updates and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) findings into the regular schedule.Are you a MATCH?Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.At least 1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.Solid understanding of process equipment and standard maintenance management practices.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration.Proven ability to cope with stress and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Flexibility to travel and work across various operational sites within Singapore as required.Why Join Us?Air Liquide strives to offer its employees a total rewards package that contributes to a positive work environment and supports the well-being of all our employees and team members.
