Maintenance PlannerThe Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing, scheduling, and coordinating preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. This role serves as the central point of planning between production, engineering, maintenance technicians, and external vendors.Responsibilities include:Ensuring that work orders are clearly defined, resourced, and executed safely and in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirementsDeveloping weekly and monthly maintenance schedules based on production requirements, equipment priorities, and workforce availabilityReviewing, prioritizing, and converting work requests into well-defined work ordersTracking work order completion, downtime trends, and backlog levelsIdentifying required labor hours, parts, tools, permits, and documentation for each work orderCoordinating maintenance activities to minimize disruption to production operationsOrdering and tracking parts, materials, and outside contractor services required for maintenance tasksEnsuring preventative and predictive maintenance tasks are scheduled per OEM recommendations and internal reliability strategiesAssisting maintenance manager in developing and optimizing preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance strategiesOther duties, as assignedQualifications include:Associates degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, engineering, or related field, preferred2-3 years' experience in industrial maintenance, planning, and/or reliabilityExperience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotiveBasic SAP knowledgeStrong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems used in manufacturingSolid understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance principlesProficient in Microsoft office suiteAbility to manage multiple prioritiesDrive the company culture by aligning and executing Elringklinger's core values
