Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Technician
Location: Johns Creek, GA

We're looking for a detail-driven Maintenance Planning & Scheduling Technician to help optimize equipment reliability and keep production running smoothly. If you're skilled in coordinating maintenance work, reducing downtime, and improving preventive maintenance processes - this role is for you!

What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage maintenance schedules that minimize disruption to production

• Coordinate downtime across production lines for safety, quality, and maintenance needs

• Track and report monthly progress on scheduled vs. completed work orders

• Manage work orders through the CMMS and ensure accurate documentation

• Lead and participate in weekly planning meetings with production and maintenance teams

• Partner with engineering and maintenance leaders to prepare, kit, and improve work orders

• Follow up on pending tasks and reschedule when needed

• Review spare parts availability and adjust maintenance plans accordingly
