Position Summary

As Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for scheduling work plans for all preventive, predicative, condition-based and project/backlog maintenance work. You will confirm availability of internal and external resources and materials and coordinate execution in conjunction with Operations Planning. In this role, you will employ your organization and attention to detail to ensure timely completion of proactive maintenance activities to maximize plant operational efficiency, quality and continuous excellence.

The first several months of this position will require travel for training purposes to other Nestle Purina factory locations. There will be little to no travel required once the Williamsburg Township facility is operational.
  • Execute weekly maintenance planning routine including task prioritization, maintenance shutdown scheduling in collaboration with production and operations planning, work order execution results review, and parts planning
  • Manage contractors and affiliated quotes, bids, work orders and requisitions
  • Create and optimize maintenance plans in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)
  • Generate CMMS predefined reports to facilitate review and continuous improvement of maintenance data integrity and indicators
  • Coordinate creation of assets, bill of material (BOM) and spare parts classification in accordance with Nestl Purina standards and procedures
  • Support Maintenance Manager, Supervisor and Technicians as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of maintenance planning/scheduling experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, military or related environment
The approximate pay range for this position is $54,000 - $95,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
