Position: Maintenance Planning Specialist - Intermediate (5-9 yrs)

Job Description
- Assist engineering in the creation and revision of electronic records in the Maintenance database (Infor EAM) for facilities and ground support equipment work orders.
- Provide printed copies of work orders or controlled field-working copy of the procedure to assigned engineers upon request.
- Close completed work orders as requested.
- Ensure and verify equipment under maintenance is up to date in the maintenance database. (50%)
- Coordinate and track Statements of Work (SOWs), Task Statements (TSs) and Facility Change Requests (FCRs). Release facility drawings/sketches (20%)
- Kuiper/Vulcan - Support communications between the client and external contractors, such as the transmission of submittal responses from the client to contractors and routing contractor documents to the correct personnel.
- Communications and documents must be electronically stored and organized per existing organizational structures (30%)
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated INFOR EAM experience (mandatory). Demonstrated SAP experience.
Preferred Skills:
- MS Suite experience, communication, writing and presentation skills
AS degree mandatory, BS degree preferred
