Each day, you will conduct activities according to agreed maintenance guidelines and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by increasing the overall efficiency of the equipment and production line.The work model for the role is: onsite at the Pinetops, NC facility.You will be mainly accountable for:Responding to emergencies/breakdowns.Reporting all recurring problems with machinery and equipment.Outlining problems with parts that can be identified and addressed for record-keeping.Setting calibration and adjusting equipment, machinery, and instruments to comply with production specifications and instructions.Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)5+ years working in a manufacturing environmentData Analysis & ReportingEngineering & Manufacturing ProcessesPlanned Maintenance & BacklogSpecialist Technical & Engineering SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredLegal authorization to work in the US is requiredKnowledge and use of tools tape measure, calipers, grinders, or other hand tools, as needed.Ability to safely use a ladder while performing the job, as neededAbility to lift, push and pull up to 40lbsWorking conditionsManufacturing plant environment requires a combination of hands-on and technical tasks. Work may involve occasional lifting of materials, climbing stairs/ladders, and walking. Employees may be required to bend, twist, or stand for extended periods. Frequent use of computers is necessary for data entry, monitoring, and communication. Employees will also handle a variety of tools and equipment, from hand tools to machinery, requiring technical skills and adherence to safety protocols. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed shoes, is required to ensure a safe working environment. Adhering to safety guidelines is essential for all team members.
