Compensation Maintenance Salary: $22/hr Benefits Excellent Health Benefits Great Work Environment Competitive Rates Referral Program Responsibilities Work to repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning. Handle any electrical routines such as replacing light bulbs, batteries on smoke alarms, and ballasts when necessary. Perform plumbing duties, including unclogging sinks, toilets, repairing faucets, etc. Assist with snow and ice removal as needed. Maintain an atmosphere which allows privacy, dignity, and well‑being of all residents, staff, and visitors in a safe and secure environment. Respond to off‑hours critical calls to resolve facility issues. Qualifications Previous experience in facility maintenance work with an emphasis in a healthcare environment. Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds, push, pull, and move residents, equipment, supplies, etc., up to 200 pounds. Flexible work hours to work beyond normal hours, weekends, holidays, and in inclement weather, when necessary. Must have your own tools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
