Fulltime job in Summersville West Virginia Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and smooth operation of our hotel facilities. This position involves responding to maintenance requests, inspecting equipment, and working to uphold our high standards of safety and comfort for guests and staff. Full Time Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections of hotel rooms, common areas, and equipment. Conduct general repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, furniture, and appliances. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff. Maintain the appearance and functionality of interior and exterior hotel areas. Monitor and maintain the swimming pool, if applicable. Ensure all maintenance tools and equipment are in good working condition. Maintain records of work performed and materials used. Comply with health and safety regulations and hotel policies. Work closely with housekeeping and front desk staff to ensure guest satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience in maintenance, facility management, or a similar role (hotel experience preferred). Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor work. May require working in tight spaces, at heights, or around hazardous equipment.
