We are looking for someone eager to join our team to manage all aspects of maintenance including day-to-day and long-term maintenance projects at our Sawmill in Cross City, FL. Manage Maintenance shift of hourly personnel. Ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Review downtime to determine cause and prevention. Plan & coordinate long-term tasks (weekly, monthly, annually). Plan & coordinate service calls from vendors & contractors. Collect information from various sources to ensure parts & materials are on site. Schedule employees to maximize work efficiency. Actively train millwrights and new maintenance employees. Your Profile High School diploma or GED. 5 years experience in maintenance. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in maintenance setting. Background in high production mills a plus.
