Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Company: Stable, very profitable, and growing private food manufacturer.

Location: Hogansville, GA

Compensation: $75k - $85k + bonus

Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the VP of Operations in a brand new plant with brand new equipment and lead a team of two Maintenance Technicians. This is a multi-craft maintenance role that will require strong team leadership and a willingness to lead hands-on.

Job Requirements:

• A few years of industrial maintenance supervisory experience (food manufacturing preferred).
• Spanish proficiency strongly preferred.
• Multicraft maintenance knowledge (PLC, electrical, pneumatics, hydraulics, welding, conveyors, mechanical, etc.)
