A well‑established and growing food processing facility is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead day‑to‑day maintenance activities within a high‑volume production environment. This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys developing teams, improving equipment reliability, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support maintenance technicians across assigned shifts
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance programs
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues
• Reduce downtime through root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, food safety, and regulatory standards
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production, quality, and sanitation teams
• Maintain work orders, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory
• Support equipment installs, upgrades, and commissioning activities

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician role
• Strong background in industrial or manufacturing maintenance
• Experience within food or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate maintenance teams
• Hands‑on, proactive problem solver with strong organisational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑shift operation
• Familiarity with CMMS systems and basic computer skills
