Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to provide maintenance coverage for both the 1st and 2nd shifts. You will be responsible for the corrective and preventative maintenance of packaging, processing, and utility systems in the warehouse. Your work will include equipment such as conveyors, pneumatics, vision systems, HMIs, PLCs, sealers, and slicers. Additionally, you will maintain parts and necessary supplies of maintenance inventory, ensure safety processes, and wear the appropriate PPE. Secondary responsibilities include acting as a floater between lines and assisting operators.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on packaging, processing, and utility systems.
• Work on equipment including conveyors, pneumatics, vision systems, HMIs, PLCs, sealers, and slicers.
• Maintain parts and necessary supplies of maintenance inventory.
• Ensure safety processes are followed and wear proper PPE.
• Act as a floater between lines and assist operators as needed.

Work Environment

You will work in a smaller warehouse environment, which is not fully climate-controlled. The facility runs heat in the winter, but doors are frequently open to process and load orders. The position requires a split shift from Monday through Thursday, 10:00 am - 8:00 pm.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LOUISVILLE, Kentucky.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
