We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the daily workflow of the Maintenance Department and support our mission of keeping equipment production-ready and our work environment safe and efficient. The job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following: Oversee and coordinate the daily workflow of the maintenance team. Lead maintenance, setup, troubleshooting, and repair of production machinery and equipment. Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance requests, improvement projects, and repairs. Train, coach, and support maintenance employees in safety, quality, and productivity expectations. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and overall development of maintenance team members. Review and approve time and attendance records and departmental documentation. Use computer-based systems to track work orders, document activities, and communicate effectively. Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment and ensure compliance with all safety policies. Collaborate across departments to support operational needs and continual improvement initiatives. Our Ideal Applicant Brings strong leadership skills and a desire to support and develop others.
