We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and manage maintenance and facilities functions in a fast-paced, high-volume Tier 1 automotive plant.What you will do: Provides direct supervision to maintenance employees over 3 shifts.? Responsibilities include hiring, performance management, training, corrective action, recognition and discipline/dischargeEstablishes standards and policies for installation, modification, testing, operating procedure, inspection and maintenance of equipment such as the fire loop, emergency generator, compressors, power distribution, HVAC, process water, argon system, plumbing, production equipment, fork truck fleet, grounds and general facilitiesDirects maintenance of plant buildings and coordinates requirements for new designs, surveys and maintenance schedules for equipment and machineryWhat is required:Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable and able to focus on task at handPossess strong time management and leadership skillsAbility to set up and operate a variety of machine toolsAbility to use hand or power toolsAbility to weld metal parts, components or structures; able to use TIG welding equipmentHigh school diploma or GED. Associates Degree preferredMust possess or will be required to develop a good understanding of the Quality System and TS-16949 & ISO 14001 regulationsGood computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Power PointMicrosoft Project experience is requiredEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
