- Reports to: Property Manager
- Compensation: $25-$26 per hour based on experience
Requirements
- Dependable attendance is critical as you represent Banyan Living, your team, and property owners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
- Punctuality is key; arrive on time and be prepared to lead your team.
- A cheerful, positive attitude is a must!
- Flexibility in scheduling is important, especially during peak maintenance periods.
- 3+ years of experience in lead maintenance roles is advantageous.
- All candidates will undergo a background investigation, with employment contingent on the results.
