About the Role

We’re hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and developing a high-performing maintenance team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities, ensuring quick response to equipment issues
• Manage and execute preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime
• Oversee and develop a team of 10–20 maintenance technicians
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues across production equipment
• Partner with production teams to keep operations running efficiently
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards
• Track performance metrics including downtime, efficiency, and maintenance KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems
• Experience with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation
• Background in food manufacturing or regulated environments is a plus
