Responsible for oversight of 4 maintenance techs and the predictive/PM maintenance program of a chemical operationResponsible for planning and scheduling of predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling jobs in their CMMS system (SAP)Responsible for day-to-day supervision of the equipmentWill manage the spare parts inventoryWill mentor, coach and train and give guidance to the teamMust have 3-5 Years of Leadership plus 8+ years in Maintenance experiencePrefer out of Chemicals, but not required480 3-phase electric with multi-craft background is requiredMust have strong Planning and Scheduling background with a legitimate CMMS system preferably SAP
