Maintenance Supervisor - Steel Processing

The Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and cost-effective operation of the maintenance department, reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This role is responsible for overseeing all maintenance functions, coordinating tasks across various process areas, and fostering a safe, efficient, and continuously improving work environment.

Salary: 85k - 95k

Experience and Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must meet physical requirements, including the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand on a concrete floor for the duration of a shift.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Working Conditions:

• Work primarily in a steel manufacturing facility, with exposure to:
  • Moving machinery, heavy equipment, and sharp objects.
  • Temperature fluctuations depending on seasonal conditions.
  • Loud machinery noise and airborne particles typical of industrial settings.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols is required.
