Maintenance Supervisor Apply
Please note: resume is required for this position. Pay Rate: $25.50 an hour Essential Duties and Responsibilities Schedule, train, coach and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews. Direct daily work activities and inspect work activities for conformance to standards. Hold staff meetings as needed. Monitor inventory and make purchasing recommendations. Prepare shift reports and recordkeeping. Assist staff with work activities. Supervise maintenance work at the outdoor concert venue. Knowledge and Certification, Skills and Abilities Knowledge and Certification Required High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. 2 years supervisory experience. 2 years HVAC, Carpentry, Plumbing and Electrical system experience. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Technical or Vocational training in maintenance preferred. Skills - Required Leadership skills. Accurate and detail-oriented. Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows. Strong mechanical aptitude. Abilities - Required Ability to work fast and efficiently. Ability to serve both internal and external customers. Ability to independently complete multiple tasks in a professional manner. Ability to manage projects in a timely and efficient manner. Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner. Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene. Physical Demands Must be able to walk and / or stand for periods of up to 8 hours. Must have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend and kneel. Must be able to push, pull and grasp objects. Must be able to climb a ladder including performing tasks from a 40 foot platform. Must have the ability to independently lift 25+ pounds occasionally. Must have manual dexterity necessary to manipulate equipment. Must be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions. Must have good eye hand coordination. Must be able to operate foot pedals. Working Environment Work is performed property-wide (inside and outdoors) and may include excessive noise, such as power tools, dust and fumes from paints, varnishes, stains and the like, flashing lights, frequent loud noises, cigarette smoke and extreme weather condition. Must be able to work in cramped, tight quarters. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including all shifts, weekends and holidays. Occasionally overtime may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
