Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:
The Shift Maintenance Technician supports the production team by maintaining equipment, assisting with machine setups, resolving production issues, and ensuring quality standards are met. This hands-on role is critical to the efficiency and reliability of our manufacturing operations.
Job Duties:
- Maintain and troubleshoot production and material handling equipment
- Assist with equipment startup and shutdown processes
- Inspect products to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Support machine setup and adjustment for various product models
- Promote and maintain a clean, safe, and team-focused work environment
Pay:
$20.00 – $25.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 7am to 5pm

Experience or Skill Requirements:
- 6+ months of mechanical, maintenance, or production-related experience
- Ability to perform equipment setups and basic troubleshooting
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures
- High school diploma or GED preferred; technical training a plus
