Maintenance Technician

Pay Rate: $25 $26 per hour
Location: On-site Manufacturing Facility

Four Seasons Manufacturing is seeking a mechanically inclined Maintenance Technician to support production equipment and facility maintenance. This role plays a vital part in ensuring machinery operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and extruders

• Conduct welding and fabrication repairs as needed

• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues

• Support equipment installations and production changeovers

• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow safety procedures

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment

• Background in welding preferred

• Experience with extruders and injection molding machines strongly desired

• High mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability

• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and technical documentation

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
