Direct hire for an industrial maintenance technician near Winter Haven, FL.

Choice of 12 hour shifts (1st shift - there is also night shift positions as well). Hourly pay rate is $35. Quarterly bonus and $5000 sign on bonus. $2 per hour shift differential for the night shift positions.

• Repair and maintain electro-mechanical equipment.
• Perform emergency breakdown and specialist maintenance support
• Handle set up and calibration of precision automation equipment
• Provide experience and expertise in the installation of conveyor and precision automation equipment
• Execute site quality procedures, safety procedures, and any statutory procedures
• Be safety conscious in all activities, demonstrate a track record of owning problems and promote successful completion of the tasks
• Preferred maintenance experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc.
• Knowledge in industrial computerized controls, PLC’s, variable speed drives, level sensors, limit switches, pressure switches, proximity sensors, photo-electric sensors, motors.
• Maximizes equipment reliability by effectively performing assigned work orders and PMs.

What you need to bring to this winning team:

• Electrical/ PLC Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience (Siemens S5 and S7 PLC programming a plus)
• Previous experience with a Preventative Maintenance Program.
• Previous experience with CMMS System a plus
