Job is a service-oriented staffing/recruiting company dedicated to working closely with our clients. We are currently hiring for a Maintenance Technician in Dryden, NY

Monday to Friday
8:30am to 5pm
Pay Rate: $20.00-25.00/hr depending on experience

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for indoor and outdoor maintenance. Candidates must be skilled in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, cleaning preferred. Position is also responsible for grounds maintenance and snow removal. Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities. Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team. Strong customer service skills required and experience working with seniors is a plus. Will be responsible to cover on-call emergencies on a rotation basis.

Job Requirements:
- Maintenance experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Job duties include but not limited to:
• 2+ years prior maintenance skills – routine cleaning, drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, and general maintenance repair skills; HVAC helpful or will train.
• Prior apartment or home repair maintenance skills helpful.
