Job Description
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! this is a great opportunity for both entry-level candidates looking to start a career in Maintenance or an experience technician ready to grow their skills in a dynamic environment. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be assisting with and performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting overall facility operations.
Responsibilities:
- Detects malfunctions and discusses machine operation variations with Lead to diagnose problems or repair machines
- Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
- Assists with set ups on new machines.
- Assembles, installs, and maintains hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Ability to operate machine tools, to include grinder and drilling.
- Ability to complete repairs and basic fabrication.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have own tool set (Industrial Mechanic Tools)
- Must have Technical school or 2 years of Maintenance experience in manufacturing setting
- Forklift Certification is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and tactful in dealing with people at all levels

The base pay range for this position is $20 - $22hourly, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
