Tools are provided by the company. Days and shifts will vary based on the business unit needs during the outage. Normal schedule (not supporting an outage) is a day shift Monday-Friday. Overtime hours average approximately between 400 hours to 800 hours per year. Employees are offered per diem when traveling outside of their region. The plant operates 24/7 so individuals will be expected to work and support weekend days as needed.Performs Instrumentation & Control equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, replacement and repairs activities:Repairs, replaces, troubleshoots, calibrates and maintains power plant Instrumentation & Control equipment and systemsUtilizes/operates various types of test instruments. Uses hand, power, tools/equipment necessary to support a safe and productive work environmentCandidates will be required to take and pass the MASS Test and also be Hands-On tested to demonstrate knowledge and craft skillsWork Schedule: Day Shift, except when supporting outages.
