As a Maintenance Technician / Machine Builder, you will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and repair of industrial machines and equipment. Your expertise will ensure smooth and efficient operations, while you work in a hands-on environment to maintain production standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and assemble machinery, following blueprints and technical drawings.
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain parts inventory and order necessary components for repairs.
- Ensure all machines and equipment are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Document maintenance and repair activities as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in mechanical/electrical systems preferred.
- Proven experience in machine building, maintenance, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience with welding, machining, and using hand tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
