Holiday Inn Express in Bloomsburg, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team! If you enjoy janitorial duties, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance work - this is the job for you!

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Conducts walk-throughs to visually assess the hotel property for any maintenance needs.
• Maintains and repairs doors, furniture, hardware, windows, hang artwork and headboards, etc.
• Maintains property grounds by assisting with trash removal, snow removal, landscaping and general maintenance duties.
• Ensures completion of all routine maintenance on guest rooms, public spaces, back-of-the-house spaces, and grounds.
• Communicates effectively with the manager on duty and other staff members to provide superb guest satisfaction.
• Ensures that all rooms and public areas are appropriately presented clean, safe, and sanitary according to all established procedures, performance standards, and specifications.
• Performs other general janitorial and maintenance duties in and around the hotel.
• Trains employees to guarantee proper and productive performance.
• All other duties, as required and directed by the manager on duty.

Requirements

• 2+ years of general maintenance experience is preferred.

• Driver’s License with clean driving record.
