Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Bethel, CT

Duration: 3+ months

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Perform Maintenance functions within the manufacturing plant to include:
• Coordinate maintenance of tooling
• Assist with repair/maintenance of all machinery, welding machines, and other equipment
• Perform visual inspection of equipment
• Design and fabrication of test and production equipment such as pressure cyclers, water flow stands, hydraulic and pneumatic stands, and vacuum systems
• Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability
• Perform building maintenance
• Perform monthly Preventative Maintenance checks
• Provide plumbing and HVAC services for manufacturing plant

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO PERFORM JOB BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Must be eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International
• Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. ' Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed HVAC Technician, Plumber, and/or Electrician POSITION CRITERIA:
• Intermediate mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
• Intermediate mechanical aptitude
