In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance and repairs. • Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs on equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Assist in the setup and teardown of equipment for events and activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
