We are looking for those who have a great attitude to join our team of healthcare professionals who are constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma Experience in maintenance is essential. Receive and follow maintenance schedules and instructions according to established policies and procedures. Perform maintenance duties on grounds and parking lots areas assigned or scheduled. Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facilities equipment to include plumbing, painting, plastering, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, mechanical, etc as assigned or as scheduled. Perform preventative maintenance schedules. Maintain a valid driver license. Participate in on call rotation responsibilities as assigned. Perform all other task as assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES The primary purpose of your job is to construct and maintain wooden or metal structures, perform routine and specialized painting, and perform general repairs to building and movable structures.
