Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance technician located in Cleburne, TX. The Maintenance technician will oversee maintenance operations, including scheduling preventive maintenance, performing equipment inspections, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinating repairs. The role also involves supervising maintenance inventory, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and maintaining efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair for industrial machinery
• Excellent Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve mechanical and technical issues
• Strong organizational and time management skills to coordinate activities and optimize maintenance processes
• Experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry is a plus
• Basic knowledge of safety and compliance requirements in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or associate degree preferred
