Join Tenn – Tex Plastics Inc. a leading molding injection company and part of the Marmon Holdings family, as a Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining and repairing equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient production operations. Key Responsibilities: • Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on molding injection equipment, auxiliary systems, and facility infrastructure. • Inspect and test machinery to identify malfunctions and implement corrective actions. • Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency. • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical issues promptly. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts inventory, and work orders. • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards in all maintenance tasks. • Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and machinery. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance productivity. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications in maintenance, mechanics, or a related field preferred. • 3 years’ experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a molding injection or manufacturing environment. • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. • Experience with PLCs, robotics, and injection molding equipment is a plus. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Proficiency in using tools, machinery, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively. • Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Work Environment: • Manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, noise, and temperature fluctuations. • Frequent standing, lifting, and physical activities (up to 50 lbs.).
