Job Overview
LSI Staffing is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a C Shift position. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to support production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues

• Perform general facility maintenance

• Support production and engineering teams as needed

• Maintain accurate maintenance records

• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience

• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills

• Welding, machining, and light electrical experience

Additional Required Skills

• Strong electrical background in AC/DC circuits

• Mill and lathe machining experience

• MIG welding proficiency

• FANUC robot teardown, repair, and recovery experience

• Basic knowledge of hydraulics

• Basic knowledge of pneumatics

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Maintenance Technician Certificate or equivalent experience

• Forklift certification or ability to obtain

• Reliable work history and strong attendance
