Work Location: Fargo, ND (In Person)
Pay Rate: $26-$36/hour
Shift Options: 8am-4:30pm or 8pm-4:30am. Weekends are required. 2 week rotation. 3 days off every other weekend. Days off fall on Tuesdays and every other weekend.

General Description:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for helping their team to maintain automated production line equipment and machinery. This role will help to resolve equipment line issues with operators, perform a variety of equipment repairs, as well as troubleshooting errors.
The ideal candidate for this position will learn or continue to develop their fabrication, welding and basic machinery skills. The maintenance technician will need to do work with basic electrical items after training and lockout tagout review. Lastly, they will also need to be able to assist team members with necessary duties to ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently and safely.
Shift:
- Weekends are required
- 2-week rotations
- 3 days off every other weekend
- Off days usually fall on a Tuesday and Wednesday
Role Qualifications:
- 3+ years of industrial experience
- NFPA 70E training for electrical safety and standards or willingness to obtain
- This position requires lifting (60 lbs.), push-pull, climb, lift carry, confined spaces, repetitive posture, and working with limited headroom
- Use of computerized maintenance system to track work requested , work completed, pm's, corrective adjustments, downtime and request parts
- Troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment including programmable logic controls , relays, contactors, HMI displays, VFD's, and servos
- Ability to program Variable Frequency Drives
- Ability to read electrical schematics and equipment parts diagrams
- Hands On electrical experience with 480v, 240v, 220, 120v single and 3 phase motors and control circuits
- Hands on electrical experience and troubleshooting down to board level for 120 vac , 24v ac/dc, 0-10 v dc , 4-20 ma
- hands on experience with electrical testing equipment meters (digital / analog) , amp probes , meggers , etc.
- experience with pneumatics, air compressors , air dryers, boilers, HVAC , and other building support equipment
- Experience in training and developing other maintenance technicians
- Ability to diagnose problems, repair parts, test and make required adjustments without direct supervision
- Ability to identify equipment failures proactivity by documenting them and reporting in a timely manner
